Role

As the TM / Line In Charge - Maintenance you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to theSection Head - Maintenance.
The purpose of your role will be to manage factors of production like manpower, production tools & inventory in an optimal manner and follow the laid down SOP\'s of the Maintenance function.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Day to day breakdown & Preventive maintenance
2. Execution of countermeasure and Horizontal deployment
3. Knowledge of CNC & PLC trouble shooting
4. Implementation of TPM, 5S & TEI activities to improve the employee engagement & efficiency.
5. To ensure safe, healthy and environment friendly shop floor with in his shift.
6. Strengthening DWM activities on Shop Floor

A Day in the life

Preparation of Manpower as per planning. Maintain check on process parameters of Critical equipment . Production planning of Shift in line with PPC plan. Maintain Product and process Quality requirement. Documentation and reporting of Production.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering of Diploma / BE in Instrumentation & Control with 5-8 years of experience
