Key Result Areas/Accountabilities: Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions Driving HTU Operations Publishing calendars Coordinating with Unit L&D for calendar alignment Scheduling training events offline as well as online Banner design & release Recording attendances in CSOD through HTU Associate External & Internal Trainer management Liaising with trainers for training delivery Facilitation discussions with Unit technical people for curriculum & content MIS & reporting Monthly HTU training MIS release Designing presentations for reviews with sr management/CHRO, etc Vendor Management Recording & maintaining trainer bills & invoices Liasioning with accounts/finance for bills processing & payouts Reporting budget utilisations as per HTU Schools Business Partnering Working closely with the technical services, operations & L&D of the assigned business Driving customized programs for specific target audiences for the business
