Hi All,We are having urgent opening for Talent Management with one of our client @Gurgaon.Learning & Development:\xc2\xb7Executed Succession Planning for employees.\xc2\xb7Crafted the mechanism to identify, develop and promote the Hi Potential employees.\xc2\xb7Fostered Executive Development program for New Hires and the Role elevations .\xc2\xb7Nurture the \xe2\x80\x9cManager\xe2\x80\x9d development program for the employees handling a team under them for the first time.\xc2\xb7Partner with top institutions for leadership role enhancement programs in line with New Project Requirement and Business Plan.\xc2\xb7Collaborating on the areas identified after Exit Analysis, surveys like GPTW, wherein, post TM analysis working on framing the structured pathways for areas that needs to catered by training.\xc2\xb7Established a system of unified Training Calendar (PMS based TNIs) for entire organization across locations to create one Dorset one experience.\xc2\xb7Digitalization of the HR function.\xc2\xb7Integration of LMS with MOOC platforms like LinkedIn learning, Udemy, Edx and Skillsoft.\xc2\xb7Introduced Employee Higher Education Policy to strengthen capability building and increase employee retention across the organization.\xc2\xb7Designing and implementation of the Induction Program (Campus Recruits and Lateral entry).Employee Engagement:\xc2\xb7Primary focus on employee connect leading to a strong employee-employer bond.\xc2\xb7Designing and managing all the communication/internal communications (emailers/flyers /SOPs etc.) to be sent to the employees.\xc2\xb7Coordination in online Employee Engagement Surveys (EES), Monitoring and organizing program like Family Visits (Open Day), Environment day, Cricket Tournaments, Birthday celebration, Employee recognition schemes (WIP), Festive celebrations (along with multiple activities).\xc2\xb7Implementation of Talent Review, 360-degree feedback.\xc2\xb7Assisting in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification process \xe2\x80\x93 Culture Audit and Employee Trust IndexPolicies formulation & implementation:\xc2\xb7 Working with Senior Management on various new initiatives:\xc2\xb7Policies and Processes (Working on revision of existing and introduction of new policies)PayrollPlease send below mentioned details with updated CVTotal Experience :-Relevant Experience :-Current CTC :-Expected CTC :-Notice Period :-Current Location :-Preferred Location :-Reason for Job Change :-
