:Job PurposeFormulate, execute & monitor the Sales Plan of Everlast for the Territory in order to maximize Market Shares, Nett Realizations & Customer Satisfaction.Job Context & Major ChallengesJob Context:
Building & Architecture is the newly established Market Space vertical in Hindalco and shall be servicing the end customers in Aluminium for Building & Architecture segment.
Everlast, our roof solution brand, with a business of 8 KT is the existing solutions for the construction segment.
Everlast roofing is the leading Aluminium roofing player in India with a market share of 65% in Aluminium roofing market, but only 1% market share in total roofing market.
Everlast roofing has established itself as the superior roofing solution in environments which face challenges from corrosive environments.
To grow the sales of Everlast we need to eat into the business of steel roofing by selling the Value Proposition of Everlast to our customers.
Selling of the Everlast roofing sheets markets essentially requires creating influencer and consumer awareness about the benefits of Aluminium roofing sheets vis-\xc3\xa0-vis Galvanised Corrugated (GC), Asbestos Cement (AC), Galvalume and Painted Steel Sheets.
The cost per kg Aluminum roofing sheets is significantly higher as compared to GC & AC. Also Aluminium roof sheeting have strength which is lower than steel roof sheetings, this provide a challenge in marketing Everlast.
A strong focus is therefore needed to engage and communicate the benefits of Hindalco\'s Everlast roofing sheets on the platform of lifetime costs and corrosion free usage to the influencers / specifiers, like architects, consultants, engineers, etc. and also direct customersJob Challenges:Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1 1.Accountability:
Develop, execute sales plans in the territory to ensure achievement of budgeted sales, market share targets and net realizations as per the plan. Interact with customers
Understand their process & needs.
Negotiate and finalise orders in consultation with Product Head
Follow up with factory for timely execution of orders
Provide market feedback to Stream Lead Everlast
KRA2 2.Demand generation for Everlast roof / effective customer relationships with a view to providing maximum customer satisfaction. Engage with influencers for roofing projects \xe2\x80\x93 both in private and government segments
Educate and communicate the benefits of Everlast roof sheeting.
Specify Everlast roof sheeting for the roofing projects in the upcoming new tenders.
Discover new target segments for Everlast application Drive relationship management with key architects / structural consultants / contractors / builders / customers.
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
Attend pre and post sales customer complaints
Provide/arrange technical help and support to the customer
KRA3 3.Develop & execute plan for improving market share and growing the market Collect information about the market
Assess potential
Prospect and develop new customers
Provide feedback to the Stream Lead Everlast
KRA4 4.Execute guidelines for collection of money from the customers in time. Make collections follow-up free Co-ordinate with Sales Accounts for periodic information
Set up systems with the customers in order to ensure timely collections
Provide feedback to the Stream Lead Everlast & Business Finance Head
KRA5 5.Study the market and recommend appointments of dealers for strengthening the dealer network Collect information from prospective dealers
Assess their capabilities/potential
Forward the recommendation to the Stream Lead Everlast
Handle the addition of a dealer to the network, with sensitivity to the existing dealers
