Role

As the TM - Production Planning and Control you will be part of the Plant operations and will report to theSection Head - Production Planning & Control.
The purpose of your role will be to Responsible for Production Planning and execution of production plans. and Ensuring Daily production planning and release of next 3 day\xe2\x80\x99s production plan.details of vision of role , summary of responsibilities, key stakeholders]

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Meet market requirement with First Time Right Approach
2. Inventory Management & Strengthening of Plant Production System
3. Operational excellence using TPM methodology & creating healthy work environment
4. Leadership in profitability by optimizing Product Cost
5. Building Talent Pool & Initiatives to enhance innovation


A Day in the life

Coordinating with all Production team as per the daily production plan. Good association with other departments.


Academic Qualification & Experience

B.SC Mathematics., with 2. 19 year Experience in Various Departments like Supply chain & espcially in Planning & Warehouse management.
Proven Experience of delivering as we expected in PPC


Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Good Knowledge in SAP

• System knowledge to adhere our day to day activites .

• Good mail communication

• Problem Solving

• Leader ship

Behavioural Skills

• Time Management in all aspects.

• Leadership to handle the team on daily activity.

• Decision Making based on situtation & needs

• Communication with respective department then & there as per expectation.
