Role Overview:As the Territory Lead for Business Development, you\'ll play a vital role in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and business success in your designated area. With 4-8 years of experience, you\'ll leverage your expertise to execute strategic initiatives aimed at acquiring new customers, managing product sales, developing dealer partnerships, and expanding our market presence.Responsibilities:Product Sales and Market Expansion:

  • Lead product sales initiatives in the assigned territory, identifying market opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Acquire new customers and penetrate untapped markets to expand our market presence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales volume and market share targets per quarter.
  • Utilize experience in both B2B and B2C sales to effectively cater to diverse customer segments.
  • Drive Sales & Market Share Enhancement by implementing innovative sales strategies.
  • Responsible for market activity like live trials, demos, customer, and financier meetings.
  • Increase market coverage and product awareness in the assigned territory.
Ensuring Profitability and Revenue Generation:
  • Analyze sales performance, revenue trends, and expenses to optimize financial outcomes.
  • Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize revenue and margins.
  • Ensure sales process effectiveness to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Dealer Sales Development:
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with dealers in the territory.
  • Drive dealer sales initiatives, including training, support, and incentive programs.
  • Monitor dealer performance and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Enhance Network Reach & Effectiveness by expanding and optimizing the dealer network.
Identify Emerging Industry & Segment-Specific Trends:
  • Stay abreast of emerging industry and segment-specific trends through regular market analysis and research.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and adaptation to capitalize on evolving market dynamics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 4-8 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in business development, dealer sales, and market expansion in the energy or related industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Responsible for conducting live trials, demos, and customer and financier meetings.
