We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of TLM Developer - Consultant Specialist in Global Reconciliations.

In this role, you will:

Play the role of individual contributor as TLM developer, also doing Production Support as required / rotational basis / as per DevOps model.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Technical

o 5 to 7 years of experience on TLM Premium, TLM control, TLM Recon Admin, TLM Design Studio, TLM smart Studio, TLM Web Connect, TLM CT Tool & TLM Smart Schema [TLM v2.7]; experience on TLM Premium (v2.5 or V3.0) is mandatory

o Experience on SmartStream suite of tools and any other reconciliation platform to implement end to end delivery of reconciliations

o Technical knowledge of TLM product & using the vendors application tools and customize the user interface screens, system workflow and database structures to meet new version of TLM; TLM Schema Design and use of TLM Smart Schema

o Worked on large and complex code base

• Technical knowledge of TLM product & using the vendors application tools and customize the user interface screens, system workflow and database structures to meet new version of TLM.
• Building of CT packages and applying the packages to target environments. Progressing system changes within the applications, component testing and integration testing solutions as far as \'ready for UAT\'
• TLM Schema Design and use of TLM Smart Schema
• Amending the configuration in Control to accommodate the upgrade changes

o Hands on skillset to be able to handle end to end delivery of \xe2\x80\x93 Intersystems trade/positions recs, Intersystems cash recs, Cash Balance/Transactions, Stock Positions / transactions recs

o Proven experience on SQL / PLSQL with hands on

o Hands on Production environments on different Oss - Unix / Windows

o Good understanding of Agile methodology and development.

o Good to have - DevOps tooling experience, CI/CD pipeline, automation involved SQL / PLSQL; should have worked as a DevOps engineer in of one the previous role

o Good to have - Good understanding and working experience of python and Django framework to handle file processing, creating BOTs, automation and innovation etc.

o Good to have - Worked on automation using Python and Django to reduce TPAMs, accesses to production, minimizing incidents, etc

Non-technical / General:

o Previous experience in Banking and Finance domain

o Experience in agile delivery mechanism

o Any DevOps tooling experience, CI/CD pipeline, automation would be an added advantage

o Strong communication skills - experience of interfacing with IT Lead/Delivery Manager, Architect, business Product Owners and IT offshore teams

Interpersonal Skills

o Ability to deal with frequent changes

o Ability to work with Global stakeholders, vendors

o Must be able to work independently with minimum guidance
