TL WPA, Technician & Engineering MN&MS

Your tasks:
- Lead and drives activities for all Production Technology processes .
- Controls and reviews specific local work instructions .
- Defines and assign specific training sessions for his/her team
- Ensure the implementation of lessons learned, best practice and actively shares the information within the Production Management network.
- Manage local support for development of new production equipment and processes in coordination with Production Management.
- Ensure effective solving for escalation topics from projects/production/quality complaints .
- Provides regular reports to respective Production Management and his/her own superior(s) .
- Escalates according to defined escalation paths .
- Assigns team members for new launch projects
- Ensures that all tools and software are available for Production Technology Team
- Ensure adherence to plan of Tools ordering and deliveries.
- Ensure adherence to plan of equipment ordering and deliveries.
- Ensure adherence to plan of electrical test equipment ordering and deliveries.
- Manage information exchange with Production Maintenance on specific topics (e.g. networking)
- Ensures support for Maintenance Department through close contact with Production Maintenance team & Equipment OEM .
- Control the planning and investments budget management for production equipment replacements and Production Management machineries and Tools.
- Ensures support for identifying the required spare parts for production Equipments & Tools .
- Ensures support for sourcing and selection of suppliers, according to LEONI standardization rules, release process and in coordination with Production Management
- Ensures support for Purchasing in supplier negotiations and supplier development in cooperation with Production Management
- Ensures support in development and improvement of Production Technology related procedures .
- Ensures functionality of processes for ordering, construction, changes, installation and commissioning of production equipment.
- Decides in make or buy decisions for minor equipment and tools.
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of LTPM in all plant sections.
- Level of Education: Engineer
- Branch Of Study: Mechanical/ Electromechanical or equivalent
- Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience / Leadership experience
- Language : French & English
- Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
- Professional competence :Advanced Manufacturing Technologies Engineer to Order (ETO), Manufacturing Processes, Process Automation, Production Optimization, Cost Benefit Analysis, Performance Improvement, Customer Specific Requirements, Performance Measurement, Process Capability, Standards and Procedures, Troubleshooting, Zero Defects
