Your Key Responsibilities Independently steers test department to ensure quality during the test process. Ensure quality of work in the department (provide test results, to meet customer requirements, standards, procedures and instructions). Initiate modifications, modernizations and development of new test rigs and other test facilities. Initiate and contribute to development of test methods and tools. Manage economical aspects of the test department, drive KPIs and organize assigned personnel.
