• Lead, mentor, and motivate the telesales team to meet daily and monthly sales goals

• Provide hands-on coaching, performance reviews, and training support

• Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to company sales strategies

• Assist in resolving complex customer issues and objections

• Conduct regular team huddles, communicate updates, and share best practices

• Analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements

• Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure proper follow-up on leads

• Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to align business goals

• Ensure a high-performing and positive team environment

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a telesales leadership role

• Proven success in managing and scaling sales teams

• Strong communication in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus)

• Solid understanding of telecom product sales

• Excellent coaching, problem-solving, and people management skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency

• Target-driven with strong time management and organizational skills

• High integrity and professionalism
