Specific

• Planning, scheduling and monitoring the progress of work to ensure completion of project within time and budgetary parameters
• Working with senior customer project Manager for Deployment team-Karnataka along customer business team and active participant in the core and customer team, role includes execution of planned and approved nominal cell sites with all required parameters till the handover of network cell to customer (2G, 3G, AES, SMB and LTE), to design integration of system enhancements and new functionality in a multi-platform environment and achieving monthly KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
• Budget forecasting and Revenue target achievement monthly on AOP basis, attending customer projects meet and assist project manager with project action list & minute\xe2\x80\x99s maintenance Track project related spending (Capex & Opex) and generates report on regular basis
• Interfaces with Supply chain Management, Central Finance at HO, 3rd Party Vendors (suppliers and Execution).
• Providing telecom network & extending communication facilities through planning, commissioning, operations & maintenance of wired telecom network
• Carrying out advance planning for resource mobilization, manpower deployment and rendering technical support; ensuring the execution of projects within time, cost & budgetary parameters
• Coordinating material/ spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors, requirement specification & offer evaluation
• Evaluating internal control systems, procedures and preparing audit reports with a view to highlight shortcomings and implement necessary recommendations
• Providing support to all staff for the timely completion of the project
• Acting as a single point of contact for the deliverables and the database management ( reports )
• Preparing the Presentations with respect to the resource utilizations (Financial reports) for the Airtel Governance Team
• Fetching of the Network Codes using the Oracle tool based on the WBS (Work breakdown structure) codes
• PRPO tool primary responsibility is to raise the PR request in the tool and to report any exceptions
• Supporting the Delivery Management in producing of Man day reports for multiple projects
• Raising and Chasing of PR\xe2\x80\x99s
• GRN\xe2\x80\x99ing of PO\xe2\x80\x99s
• Handle customer and Stakeholders engagement, Manage project finance as per the approved NFA and quarter Capex by raising project related purchase request and purchase order in oracle sites ,also coordination for approval when needed with related functions and project related samples deliveries take in to drive project execution
• Handling 3rd Party team of vendor invoice generation & managed telecom vendor relationships and audits
• Responsible for achieving targets, by meeting the defined SLA\xe2\x80\x99s by the management and resolving bottlenecks
• Coordinate projects schedules
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding of utility distribution networks General understanding of Fiber optic cable system design and theory

• Diploma /B Tec in any Engineering Discipline.
• Minimum 3 years direct work experience in a project Management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Demonstrated experience in personnel & process management.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently, and flexible during times of change.
• Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors
• Strong written and oral communication, and strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
