Job Responsibility - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brands marketing goals and brand positioning.- Design, schedule, and publish high-quality, on-brand content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Threads, YouTube, Quora etc).- Work towards achieving the growth goals of the brand by increased conversions.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape to ensure our brand remains innovative and relevant.- Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging visuals, videos, and copy that resonate with our target audience.- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely, consistent posting aligned with brand priorities and campaigns.- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, building a positive community around the brand.- Monitor and moderate user-generated content, addressing inquiries or concerns, to enhance the brand experience.- Identify and manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach.- Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and refine strategies based on insights.- Prepare detailed reports on KPIs and social media performance, focusing on successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement to drive higher conversions.- Use data- driven insights to experiment, enhance engagement, reach, and increase conversion rates.- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.- Collaborate with other teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and business goals.Skills Required- 5-6 years of Experience in social media management.- Proven experience in creating and executing social media strategies.- In-depth knowledge of best practices for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.- Proficiency in audience analysis and crafting buyer personas.- Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Understanding of graphic design principles.- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize content for conversions.
