Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain tires on various vehicles, ensuring proper alignment and balance.
• Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns and recommend necessary services.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to perform tire-related tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering advice on tire maintenance and vehicle care.
• Collaborate with other service technicians to diagnose automotive issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in sales of tires and related products, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in vehicle maintenance or as a service technician is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform automotive diagnostics.
• Familiarity with tire installation techniques and equipment operation.
• Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to tire service are a plus.
