Role: Growth Manager

Location: Noida

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Growth Manager specializing in Paid Marketing and App Store Optimization (ASO), you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our mobile applications. Your primary focus will be on implementing effective paid marketing strategies, optimizing app store presence, and utilizing platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook, and Twitter for maximum impact.

Paid Marketing Strategy:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies to acquire and retain users.

2. Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook, and Twitter to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) goals.

3. Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to refine and improve campaign performance.

App Store Optimization (ASO):

1. Conduct keyword research and analysis to enhance app visibility on various app stores.

2. Implement ASO best practices to improve app rankings, downloads, and user engagement.

3. Regularly monitor app store algorithms and industry trends to stay ahead of changes.

Campaign Performance Analysis:

1. Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on the performance of paid marketing campaigns.

2. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize and refine marketing strategies.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Budget Management:

1. Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different paid channels to maximize ROI.

2. Monitor spending and adjust budgets based on campaign performance and business priorities.

Collaboration and Communication:

1. Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.

2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in paid marketing with a focus on Google AdWords, Facebook, and Twitter.

3. Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems and app store platforms.

4. Familiarity with ASO best practices and tools.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

7. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging platforms.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with other digital marketing channels such as email marketing and influencer marketing.

2. Knowledge of mobile analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase).

3. Certifications in Google AdWords or Facebook Blueprint.
