Job Description

Job Title: Timekeeper/ HR Time Office -Male

Position Summary: Timekeeper responsible for managing employee attendance, time tracking, leave records, and overtime, ensuring accurate data collection and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attendance Management: Keep track of employee attendance, ensuring they follow schedules. Monitor clock-ins, clock-outs, breaks, and overtime. Fix any attendance issues and keep records up to date. Manage leave requests and update leave balances.
• Overtime Management: Track overtime, get proper approval, calculate overtime pay, and ensure accurate time data for payroll.
• Employee Records & System Management: Keep time records safe in HR systems, protect data, and answer employee questions about attendance, leave, overtime, and time policies.

Required Skills:

• Education: 10+2, Bachelor's in Any, or related field.
• Experience: Fresher, Data Entry, timekeeping, or payroll experience preferred.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office, software and time management tools, strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sahij, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
