Job Description

• Tracking employee time : Recording and compiling employee time sheets and attendance
• Calculating pay : Ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, and calculating wages and deductions for taxes, benefits, and Social Security
• Managing paid time off : Tracking and managing employee paid time off (PTO) accruals and usage
• Auditing employee hours : Reviewing timesheets for accuracy, verifying proper pay, and approving time clock entries
• Ensuring compliance : Ensuring the company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Resolving errors : Working with employees to resolve errors like missing punches and job corrections
• Maintaining records : Maintaining accurate timekeeping records and audit trails

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
