We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at ROYAL TILES GALLERY . As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and helping clients find the perfect tile solutions for their spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on tile types, designs, colors, and applications. Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and interior designers. Process sales transactions and manage order documentation. Track inventory and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment. Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall store success. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
