Job Description

• Fitters and Turners fit, assemble, grind and shape metal parts and subassemblies to fabricate production machines and other equipment.
• Fits and assembles using hand tools and welding equipment and following blueprint specifications
• Review technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine the requirements for metal fabrication projects.
• To cut metal parts and fit or assemble them into structures
• Weld or join metal components together using various techniques and methods.
• Assemble and construct metal products, ensuring that the final product is accurate, functional, and meets the required specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Regularly maintain and clean all metal fabrication tools, equipment, and machinery
• Collaborate with team members, including designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met.
• Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends and advancements in metal fabrication techniques.
• Co-ordinate and work as a team with all the other machine operators, welders, polishers, etc in order to ensure smooth functioning and execution of the production process and timely deliverables.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
