JOB DETAILS :

IATA Certified Airline ticket booking Hotel bookings. Visa Documentation. Generating required reports Good communication skills. Experience in doing Online Bookings International & Domestic Bookings Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc. Handling Reservations & Ticketing (International and Domestic). Handling Inbound/Domestic/Outbound Tours

Qualifications:

Proven experience in air ticketing, hotel reservations, holiday packages, visa, and passport assistance. Proficiency in using Galileo or Amadeus is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals with suppliers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional email correspondence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Creating reservations on CRS. Dealing with travel related inquiries over the Phone, Mails etc. Dealing with Visa and hotels related inquiries. Following up with the clients and assisting them for Hotels,Cabs,Air tickets etc. Giving superb and quality on client service. Providing with the best travel packages and the best itinerary to ensure that your travel and stay is a memorable one.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
