3. Tour Trainee

Responsibilities:

Assist tour executives in daily operations.

Learn tour planning and coordination.

Support documentation and booking processes.

Responsibilities

Handle ticket bookings and ensure seamless travel arrangements for our clients. Your attention to detail will make travel dreams a reality!

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in airline ticketing and reservations

- Comprehensive knowledge of ticketing systems and routes for Europe, USA, Middle East & Africa

- In-depth understanding of visa requirements and application processes for multiple destinations

- Strong expertise in GDS (Global Distribution Systems)

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings simultaneously

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and handling customer queries efficiently
