Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate travel bookings for clients, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues related to travel arrangements.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing ticket reservations and payments.
- Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations to provide relevant information to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize travel itineraries and accommodate client preferences.
- Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and payments in an organized manner.
- Handle any changes or cancellations to bookings, and assist clients with rebooking as needed.
- Stay informed about travel industry trends and updates to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, travel and tourism, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge of travel booking systems and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and travel booking software.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
