Ticketing Executive (Vacancy in Angamaly, Kochi)

Key Responsibilities:

Ticketing Operations & Reservations:

Manage

ticket reservations, cancellations, exchanges, and reissues

efficiently. Ensure the

accurate and timely issuance of tickets

to customers. Handle

fare calculations, refunds, and itinerary modifications

as required. Monitor ticketing systems for

data integrity and accuracy

Customer Service & Support:

Provide

exceptional customer support

, addressing inquiries and resolving ticketing issues. Assist customers with

seat selections, special requests, and itinerary changes

. Handle

complaints professionally

and ensure a seamless travel experience.

Coordination & Partner Management:

Liaise with

airlines, travel agents, and partners

to ensure smooth ticketing processes. Stay updated with

industry trends, airline regulations, and system enhancements

. Work closely with internal teams to optimize

workflow and ticketing efficiency

.

Reporting & Process Optimization:

Maintain

accurate records of ticketing transactions, including sales, refunds, and exchanges

. Prepare

reports on ticketing activities, sales performance, and customer feedback

. Assist in

training and mentoring junior ticketing staff

. Support the team during

peak seasons, promotions, or high-demand situations

.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree

in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience

in ticketing, airline reservations, or travel agencies. Proficiency in

GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)

. Strong knowledge of

fare rules, ticketing policies, and airline regulations

. Excellent

customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and adapt to a

fast-paced environment

. Attention to detail with

strong organizational skills

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per year
