Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Ticketing Executive

with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in handling domestic and international ticketing operations. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the latest versions of

Amadeus and Galileo

, and capable of managing complex travel itineraries, fare calculations, and client coordination with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end ticketing processes including bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds Work extensively on

Amadeus and Galileo

GDS platforms for real-time reservations and ticketing Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and offer the most cost-effective and efficient solutions Ensure accurate fare constructions and application of appropriate airline policies and rules Monitor schedule changes, airline policies, and fare updates Maintain organized records of all travel bookings and transactions Collaborate with airlines and travel vendors to ensure seamless service delivery Provide support on visa documentation and travel insurance if required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Travel & Tourism is an added advantage

3-4 years of hands-on experience with Amadeus and Galileo

Strong knowledge of fare rules, ticketing procedures, and airline regulations Excellent communication and client-handling skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

IATA-certified or equivalent ticketing course Experience in corporate travel or with a reputed travel agency
PLEASE NOTE ITS A BOND FOR 2 YEARS.

Pay: ?25,275.37 - ?35,167.56 per month
