: Ticketing Executive (Immediate Joiners)

Position Overview:
Trawelmart is seeking a dynamic and experienced Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amadeus and Galileo Global Distribution Systems (GDS), along with a proven track record of 2-3 years in the ticketing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing ticketing requests, amendments, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end ticketing process, including booking, re-issue, cancellation, and amendments, using Amadeus and Galileo systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer ticket requests, maintaining attention to detail.
• Provide support to customers in resolving any ticketing-related queries or issues.
• Handle reissues and exchanges of airline tickets based on customer requests.
• Ensure all ticketing transactions comply with airline policies and industry standards.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, fare rules, and other travel-related matters.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer service.
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to ticketing operations as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in ticketing with proficiency in Amadeus and Galileo GDS systems.
• In-depth knowledge of ticketing procedures, fare rules, and exchange policies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
• Previous experience working in the travel industry is preferred.
