Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with booking airline tickets, hotel reservations, and other travel-related services.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize booking systems and software to check flight availability, confirm reservations, and process payments.
• Stay updated on airline schedules, fares, and promotions to offer the best travel options to clients.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient coordination of travel bookings and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field.
• Passion for the travel industry and eagerness to learn about ticketing and reservations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn booking systems/software (training provided).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
