Ticketing Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and Fresher Ticketing Executive to join our team. Responsibilities • Handle ticketing inquiries and provide accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, fares, and available seats
• Assist passengers with check-in procedures and boarding processes
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Should be well-versed on GDS Galileo Amadeus
### Requirements
• Graduate & undergraduate both can apply
• Strong understanding of fare rules, ticketing processes and travel regulations
• Fresher & experience both can apply
• Age limit 18 to 28 years
• Must be flexible to work over weekends & in rotational shifts
