1.Supporting customers through Phone calls.

2.Convert customer into Sales.

2.Resolving customer complaints and queries.

3.Providing detailed information to customers.

4.Suggest best flight as per customers requirements.

5.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

6.Managing daily booking requests of all the employees and clients.

7.Phone etiquettes and active listening abilities.

8.Sharing best and the cheapest options for the travel including flights, hotels & Visas.

Requirements:

1. Candidate should be Graduate (Completed or Pursuing)

2. Sales & Customer support experience of BPO will be an added advantage.

3. Minimum 6 months experience required of Travel Industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
