We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ticketing operations, managing bookings, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
• Handle ticketing operations and manage bookings
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Communicate with customers and resolve any issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
• Coordinate with airlines and other travel agencies to ensure smooth operations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
Skills and Qualifications
• 2-4 years of experience in air ticketing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of ticketing systems and software
• Familiarity with airline regulations and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism or related field
