•Job Title: Bus Ticketing Executive •
• Introduction :
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bus Ticketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will interact with customers and fulfill their ticketing needs.
• Responsibilities :
- Book and cancel bus tickets for customers
- Manage booking and cancellation processes using ticketing software
- Resolve customer queries and issues
- Maintain ticketing data and generate reports
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
• Qualification :
- 2 years of customer service experience - 2 year Bus/Train/Car/Air Ticket Booking Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing software
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
