Knowledge of air ticket reservation systems and expertise in, Amadeus, Galileo is preferred.
Experience in customer service/operations and sales.
Ability to handle a high volume of requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to actively listen to clients and respond with empathy.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
2-3 Years experience in Ticketing and reservation.
Also knowledge of preparing itineraries and customer handling and knowledge of visa & operation.
Need highly Experienced person.
