Position : Ticketing Executive
Location : Mele Chovva,Kannur
Job Type : Full-time

: As a Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling ticket sales, reservations, and customer inquiries related to travel bookings. The role involves interacting with clients, assisting them in choosing the best travel options, issuing tickets, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process ticket sales for various travel destinations.
• Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and availability.
• Assist customers in booking reservations and managing their travel plans.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints related to bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Ticketing Agent or in a similar role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
