As a Ticketing & Booking Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient ticketing and booking processes for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage reservations, process ticket transactions, and provide exceptional customer service to Clients . Reservation Management Ticket Processing Documentation and Reporting Stay Informed Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the travel or related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and booking platforms.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
