Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tibco EBX5 and will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our technical initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions using Tibco EBX5.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of data management systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Ensure that all technical solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
• Participate in project planning and provide technical input to project managers.
• Mentor junior developers and help them grow their technical skills.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical lead role.
• Demonstrate expertise in Tibco EBX5 and related technologies.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Show proficiency in system design and architecture.
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Display a strong understanding of data management principles.
• Be experienced in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.
• Have a proven track record of delivering technical projects on time.
• Be capable of mentoring and guiding junior team members.
