Job responsibilities of the consultant :

- Prepare functional as well as business level P&L of the company

- Assist in preparing and reporting Annual Budget

- Preparation of Actual vs Budget Walk, Profit Walk , Forecast Reports, etc.

- Assist in developing standard matrix that can be used for Business inputs as well as showcasing and measuring performance standards

- Understand and implement various analytical models that continually help in better understanding of the data and provide the business with deeper insights

- Enables effective understanding and reporting of key business drivers such as yield, cost, product mix, etc. and coordinate related activities

- Provide all aspects of financial support for the planning process

- Drives process improvements and projects as identified

- Collecting information and evidence for decision making of management

- Periodic management reporting, updating reporting decks & management reviews as required

Requirements :

- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) is a plus.

- Proven experience (4 years) in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or related field.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario analysis, and data interpretation.

- Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Hyperion).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and concise insights for non-financial stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the broader strategic objectives of the organization or clients.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
