Role Is responsible for executing Third-Party Risk Assessments and overall security management of third-party Third-Partys of ALIGHT. Third-Party Risk Manager will identify, classify, risk assess, evaluate on TPV`s security framework pre & post onboarding. Third-Party managers align Third-Party compliance with department needs and ensure all Third-Partys wherever applicable complete periodic Third-Party security assessments in timely manner. Create, influence, and evolve the processes for Third-Party security. End goal is to have a strong Third-Party assurance discipline infused across ALIGHT and integrated with our company-wide approach. Also, maintain good understanding of various Compliance and Audit standards to identify, assess, research, manage and implement ALIGHTu2019s Control Framework. Can communicate effectively and persuasively with internal stakeholders, clients, external auditors, client auditors, and business/IT operations. Responsibilities Maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders across geographies. Ensure Third Parties are assessed, monitored, and off boarded with appropriate due diligence or security maturity identification. Conduct meetings - Scoping Calls & Risk Assessment results with internal stakeholders and Third Parties Follow the oversight of all supporting activities, including reporting and Risk remediation Maintain Alight\'s Control Framework, report statuses and escalate issues Publish Third-Party security assurance dashboard reports to provide situational awareness and communicate compliance risks to management. Assist documenting and updating as appropriate, the Third-Party assurance policy, standards and processes ensuring these, and the risk register are up to date and regularly reviewed. Contribute to procedures and processes to standardize and enhance compliance management. Managing the Governance calls and Representing Third-Party Risk assessment team in Regulatory Audits, Clients audits Support ServiceNow u2013 VRM module implementation, contribute for requirement gathering and testing activities. Requirements Preference to candidates having knowledge on ISO27001/27002, SIG, SMS & SOC concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in GRC groups/tools (Archer/ServiceNow u2013 VRM) Experience in managing end-to-end Third-Party assessment independently By applying for a position with Alight, you understand that, should you be made an offer, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check consistent with Alightu2019s employment policies.
