• Role : Third Party Risk Analyst xe2x80x93 IT & OT Cybersecurity
• Report to Manager
• Risk Assessment: Conduct IT & OT security risk assessments on our third parties per international standards (Example: NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, NIST 800-218) and IEC 62443 compliance due diligence of third-party components, products, and systems.xc2xb7
• Daily Operations: Perform daily responsibilities of the supply chain security program, including intake and handling of requests for new third parties, risk assessment, audit, risk mitigation gathering documentation for due diligence and onboarding tasks, and maintaining the database.xc2xb7
• Monitoring: Monitor third parties for changes in their security risk profile, regulatory changes, and other external factors.xc2xb7
• Database Maintenance: Ensure the integrity of the database by documenting and updating contact information, products, and services to maintain reliable and data.xc2xb7
• Reporting: Help create standardised reports to inform business owners and management on third-party risk and performance.xc2xb7
• Risk Management: Promote risk management change.xc2xb7
• Support: Provide support to business owners on third-party relationship management.xc2xb7
• Incident Management: Conduct ongoing management of escalations and incidents related to due diligence and monitoring of third parties.xc2xb7
• Remediation: Facilitate or help with the remediation of any third party-related findings or issues.xc2xb7
• Program Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of the supply chain security risk management program.xc2xb7
• Supplier Communication: Communicate with third-party vendors to address identified risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.xc2xb7
• Supplier Development: Provide technical expertise and guiding actions to improve supplier security capabilities to meet Rockwell security requirementsxc2xb7
• Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to supply chain security risk management.xc2xb7
• Special Projects: Assist with any special projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Instrumentation and Controls, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a technically related discipline
• 5+ years of experience, background in customer or supplier facing advisory services, technical expertise, risk assessment and audit expertise.
• Experience with NIST CSF, NIST 800-218 OR SSDF, EU-CRA, IEC 62443 standard, Industrial automation, and control systems-DCS/ICS/SCADA/PLC/OT Protocols/OT security.
• Have experience in customer or supplier facing advisory services (project and delivery), and knowledge of software and firmware product release.
• Have a competency in cybersecurity domain (Risk Management, Asset Security, Network Security, Identity & Access Management) and in other cybersecurity solutions.
• Have and the ability to facilitate presentations and quickly adapt to environments.
• Be and have collaborative profile, being able to coach other team members, share knowledge and work in multiple teams at the same time.
• Experience protecting or implementing OT technology in critical infrastructure and main resource sectors

• Job location: Chennai, India. Willingness to work off-hours to support North America time-zone
