THERMAL DESIGN ENGINEER \xe2\x80\x93 COMPACT WELDED HEAT EXCHANGERS - ALFA LAVAL INDIAJoin us as a Thermal Design Engineer in Bid Engineering dept (Sales team) of the Welded Heat Exchangers Business Unit in charge to provide the Thermal Design of Welded Plate Heat Exchangers / Spiral Heat Exchangers / Printed Circuit Heat Exchangers.You will cooperate mainly with Sales and Bid engineers, as well as interacting with Engineering and Operations functions as needed.About the Company:In Alfa Laval, we are every single day contributing to a more sustainable future for our planet through engineering innovation. • To design Welded Plate Heat Exchangers / Spiral Heat Exchangers / Printed Circuit Heat Exchangers during bidding stage based on Customer datasheet and project specification with utilizing In-house designing tool and in cooperation with the Engineering and Operations
• Fulfil regulations and guidelines connected to the heat exchanger design based on project specific-requirements, and applicable code and standard.
• To assist Bid Engineers and Sales Engineer during bid clarification stage attending meeting (IRL and/or remotely) for thermal related subjects
• To support Project team for design related matters during execution phase

Your Background

• Engineering background, preferably with at least 1-3 year of experience in the field of Thermal Design of heat exchangers
• Basic knowledge of Standards & Codes for pressure vessels (ASME/PED)
• Ability of working individually and independently as well as in team
• Fluent in English
