In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-quality output from our team of Inside Sales Executives/Business Development Executives (Wellness Consultants). You will be responsible for leading and managing the team, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.Responsibilities :- Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.- Collaborate with management to optimize metrics, focusing on improvements in quality, conversion rates, talk time, and process adherence.- Train Tele Sales Representatives to deliver exceptional performance in every customer interaction while adhering to company standards and call flow procedures.- Own the entire sales funnel and continuously improve conversion rates.- Identify key performance metrics for tracking and implement strategies to drive performance improvement.- Engage with internal stakeholders such as marketing and operations to streamline processes and drive improvements.- Ensure that sales representatives meet and exceed their targets.- Utilize data analysis to constantly increase output from the team.Requirements :- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Inside Sales is required, with demonstrated expertise in managing telesales/chat processes within a fast-paced B2C environment.- Proven experience in building, developing, and leading high-performance telesales teams, managing 50-100 team members or large teams.- Demonstrated ability to drive exponential growth in sales team performance using technology and innovative solutions.- Exceptional people management skills with inspirational leadership abilities.- Track record of connecting with team members and leading them to achieve stretch goals.- Growth mindset with a proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver in dynamic environments.- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.- Prior experience in the same industry, such as cosmetics or e-commerce, is preferred.- Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and execution of sustainable solutions.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.- MBA/PGDM/Graduate degree preferred.Join us at The Wellness Shop and be part of a team dedicated to promoting natural wellness solutions and making a positive impact on people\'s lives.
