Job Description

Job Title:- Exhibition and Marketing Executive-:-- Research and maintain a database of jewellery and lifestyle exhibitions across India.- Initiate contact and negotiate terms with exhibition organizers for participation.- Obtain quotations from exhibition organizers and present them to directors for approval.- Finalize booth arrangements based on approved budgets and preferences.- Coordinate logistics for exhibitions, including transportation of stock and booth setup.- Collaborate with designers to create stall designs that align with branding and product showcases.- Attend exhibitions alongside colleagues, managing the setup, stock inventory, and client interactions.- Compile a comprehensive list of attendees with their contact details for follow-up marketing efforts.- Upon completion of exhibitions, ensure proper stock count and logistics for returning inventory to the store.- Continuously seek out new exhibition opportunities and explore micro-exhibition options in residential complexes and commercial buildings.- Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on marketing and sales opportunities within the exhibition space.-Requirements:-- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience in event coordination, particularly within the jewellery or lifestyle sector.- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Proficiency in project management and multitasking, with keen attention to detail.- Creative thinking and a knack for designing appealing exhibition displays.- Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship building.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Flexibility to travel frequently for exhibitions across India.- Familiarity with CRM software and database management for attendee information tracking.- Demonstrated passion for jewellery and lifestyle products, with a keen understanding of market trends.
