Job Description

• Conducting classes for students in Social Studies at the secondary level .
• Preparing and delivering engaging as well as informative lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Utilizing various teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles in accordance with abilities of students.
• Organizing and supervising laboratory experiments to reinforce theoretical concepts.
• Designing and developing lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
• Integrating modern teaching techniques, technology, and resources into the curriculum to enhance learning outcomes.
• Designing, administering, and grading assessments, including tests, quizzes, assignments, and examinations.
• Providing constructive feedback to students to facilitate their academic growth and improvement.
• Monitoring and tracking student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing remedial measures as needed.
• Establishing a positive and conducive learning environment in the classroom.
• Managing student behavior and ensuring discipline and adherence to school rules and regulations.
• Promoting a culture of respect, collaboration, and inclusivity among students.
• Participating in and supporting extracurricular activities such as science fairs, science clubs, and competitions.
• Mentoring and guiding students in science-related projects and research activities.
• Communicating effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, academic performance, and any concerns or issues.
• Fulfilling administrative responsibilities such as maintaining student records, preparing reports, and attending staff meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
