Job Description
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, aligned with the school curriculum and guidelines.
• Use innovative teaching methods and tools, including digital resources, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Monitor and manage student behavior to ensure discipline and respect for others.
• Design and conduct assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve.
• Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student progress and address concerns.
• Motivate and guide students to achieve academic excellence and participate in co-curricular activities.
• Attend workshops, training programs, and staff meetings to stay updated on modern teaching methodologies and subject knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Actively participate in school events, science exhibitions, and other co-curricular activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a healthy academic environment.
