M.Sc. / B.Engg / B.Tech
B.Ed / M.Ed is preferred
3+ years Teaching Experience
Prior STEM / Experiential Learning experience is preferred
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills; ability to present complex information in clear and engaging ways.
Excellent Academic Record
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PPT, and other basic software tools
Responsibilities: As a Science Lead Teacher, your primary responsibilities include:
Innovative Instruction: Use a variety of instructional strategies that integrate math and science with engineering, art, and technology innovation.
Curriculum Development: Design hands-on learning-based lessons that help students understand the ways in which engineers work to design products that meet customer needs.
Critical Thinking: Provide students with information and activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills, encouraging them to become lifelong learners.
Lesson Planning: Develop comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials, and maintain classrooms, labs, and facilities conducive to learning.
Professional Development: Keep current with trends and best practices in education, continuously improving your teaching methods.
Roles: In your role as Science Lead Teacher, you will:
Prepare and maintain daily lesson plans and objectives for each class.
Provide direct instruction to students and monitor their progress.
Train and support Assistant teachers.
Communicate with students, parents, and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.
Offer guidance and support to students as needed.
Provide constructive feedback on student performance.
