Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate TGT Sanskrit teacher to join our faculty at a CBSE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Sanskrit instruction to students of middle and secondary classes, fostering an engaging learning environment, and contributing to the overall development of the students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Sanskrit as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide regular feedback to students and their parents on academic progress and areas for improvement.
• Encourage and support students to participate in extracurricular activities related to Sanskrit, such as debates, elocutions, and cultural events.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate cross-curricular learning.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
• Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.
• Ensure classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest educational trends, teaching methods, and CBSE guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Sanskrit or a related field.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum 5-7 years of teaching experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Sanskrit and a good command of English.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to students' academic and holistic development.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Sanskrit.
• Experience teaching in a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Knowledge of modern pedagogical practices and digital teaching tools.

Pay: ?35,500.00 - ?42,883.00 per month
