? Teaching and Instruction:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cover the CBSE curriculum for classes IX to XII.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students and enhance their understanding of mathematical concepts.

? Curriculum Development:

• Develop and update lesson plans, unit plans, and teaching materials that align with the CBSE syllabus.
• Integrate real-life applications and current trends in mathematics to make lessons relevant and interesting.

? Student Assessment:

• Design, administer, and grade assignments, quizzes, tests, and examinations to evaluate student performance.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to help students improve their mathematical skills.

? Classroom Management:

• Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Implement and enforce classroom rules and procedures to ensure a respectful and productive learning environment.

? Professional Development:

• Stay updated with the latest developments in mathematics education and teaching methodologies.
• Participate in professional development programs, workshops, and seminars.

? Use of Technology:

• Incorporate technology into teaching to enhance the learning experience, using tools such as interactive whiteboards, educational software, and online resources.
• Familiarize students with mathematical tools and software that aid in learning and problem-solving.

? Student Support:

• Provide additional support to students who are struggling with mathematical concepts, including remedial classes or one-on-one tutoring.
• Encourage and mentor students who show a strong aptitude for mathematics.

? Extra-Curricular Activities:

• Organize and participate in mathematics-related extracurricular activities such as math clubs, olympiads, and competitions.
• Encourage students to participate in regional, national, and international mathematics contests.

? Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share best practices in teaching mathematics.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and concerns.

? Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate and complete records of student progress, attendance, and grades.
• Participate in school meetings, committees, and other school events as required.

? Mentorship and Guidance:

• Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding academic choices and career paths in mathematics and related fields.
• Help students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
