Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Teaching and Instruction :
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Hindi for students at the secondary level (classes 6-10).
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons according to the curriculum guidelines and standards.
• Foster a deep understanding and appreciation of the Hindi language, literature, and culture.
• Classroom Management :
• Maintain a positive, orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Manage student behavior and ensure discipline is maintained during lessons.
• Use innovative teaching methods (such as multimedia, interactive sessions, and group activities) to enhance student engagement.
• Assessment and Evaluation :
• Assess student progress through regular tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance.
• Prepare and conduct exams, and maintain accurate records of student achievements.
• Curriculum Development :
• Assist in developing and updating curriculum materials for Hindi lessons.
• Participate in the creation of academic plans, incorporating diverse resources and teaching methods.
• Extracurricular Activities :
• Organize or participate in extracurricular activities related to Hindi, such as debates, essay competitions, and cultural events.
• Encourage students to develop their speaking, reading, and writing skills in Hindi outside of class.
• Parent and Teacher Communication :
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
• Attend parent-teacher meetings, school events, and other activities as required.
• Professional Development :
• Stay updated with new teaching methods, technologies, and trends in Hindi education.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to improve teaching practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
