Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
- Develop and implement instructional strategies that cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance the learning experience and stimulate critical thinking.
- Student Assessment:
- Design and administer assessments, including quizzes, tests, assignments, and examinations, to evaluate students\' progress and performance.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their work and progress.
- Maintain accurate records of students\' academic performance and attendance.
- Classroom Management:
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and respect.
- Implement effective classroom management practices to maintain discipline and order.
- Address individual student needs and provide additional support or enrichment as necessary.
- Professional Development:
- Participate in professional development programs and continuous learning initiatives to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school\'s academic goals.
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
- Extracurricular Activities:
- Engage in extracurricular activities and school events to support students\' holistic development.
- Mentor and guide students in literary activities, competitions, and projects.
- Education:
- Bachelor\'s degree in English or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- English teaching: 2 years (Required)
