: TGT English Teacher
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons for students in middle and high school (Grades 6-10).
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance language proficiency, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and creativity.
• Evaluate and monitor students' progress through assignments, tests, and activities.
• Support extracurricular activities such as debates, elocutions, and literary clubs.
• Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues to discuss student performance and development.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in English or a related field; B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience at the middle or high school level (preferred).
• Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in classroom management and the use of technology for teaching.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
