Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum and learning objectives.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, writing, reading comprehension, and literature effectively.
• Student Engagement:
• Design and implement creative and interactive teaching methods to engage students.
• Foster critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication in students.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Prepare, administer, and evaluate assignments, tests, and projects to assess student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to improve learning outcomes.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment in the classroom.
• Address individual learning needs and support diverse learning styles.
• Extracurricular Involvement:
• Participate in school events, literary activities, debates, and competitions to promote the English language.
• Professional Development:
• Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school administration on educational initiatives.
