Job Description

The TGT English Teacher will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to students in grades [6-10]. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage students in a dynamic learning environment. The teacher will also be responsible for planning and delivering lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning and Delivery:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons that align with the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance students' learning experiences.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Design and administer tests, quizzes, and other assessment tools to evaluate students' progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and areas for improvement.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Address and manage student behavior issues in accordance with school policies.
• Curriculum Development:
• Collaborate with the English department to develop and update curriculum materials.
• Integrate multimedia resources, technology, and contemporary literature to enrich the curriculum.
• Student Engagement:
• Encourage student participation and critical thinking through interactive discussions and activities.
• Foster a love for reading and writing among students.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in English language teaching.
• Participate in professional development programs and workshops as required.
• Extracurricular Activities:
• Assist in organizing and conducting extracurricular activities related to English, such as debates, writing competitions, and literature clubs

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in English.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) with a specialization in English.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools.
• Additional Requirements:
• Must be familiar with the CBSE curriculum and examination pattern.
• Should possess a passion for teaching and a commitment to students' overall development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

Jadwal:

• Fixed shift
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mahuva, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• total work: 2 years (Preferred)
