Job Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Spoken English Teacher/Communication Skill Trainer to help students improve their English language skills in speaking, listening, and pronunciation. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language and the ability to engage students effectively through interactive learning methods.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct spoken English classes for students of varying proficiency levels.
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials focused on improving speaking, listening, and conversational skills.
• Facilitate group discussions, debates, and role-playing activities to build confidence in students' spoken English
• Teach the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) to help students identify and produce correct speech sounds
• Develop customized lessons focused on pronunciation, accent reduction, and speech clarity
• Provide individual feedback and personalized learning strategies to help students improve pronunciation, vocabulary, and fluency.
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress, preparing progress reports as required.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Prepare students for English-speaking exams, interviews, or presentations as necessary.
• Help learners adapt to different accents (British, American, etc.) if required

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in spoken English.
• TEFL/TESOL certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Patience and adaptability in working with students at different proficiency levels.

Skills :

• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students effectively.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Competence in using multimedia teaching aids and digital tools.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and empathetic towards students' learning needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
